Shipped Semen Contract

When your Veterinarian detects the first day of your Mares heat cycle, have them contact Mary @ 702-656-6006 or her cellular 702-335-3616.

Have him let us know when he approximates the date of ovulation and when he will need the semen.

When the Vet determines he is ready have him do the following:
1. Call us by 6:00 pm (PST) the evening prior to the collection/shipping day to order the semen. We collect on Sunday evening to Friday afternoon, no later than 2pm (PST).
2. Give us the name, address, and phone numbers of where the semen is to be shipped to.
You may cancel by 8:00 am (PST) on the day of collection/shipment with no penalty.

All breeding, collection and shipping fees must be paid prior to shipment.
The fees are as follows:
First shipment & collection included in the stud fee - no additional charge
Additional collection & overnight Fed EX shipment - $150, add $10 more for Saturday Delivery. $20 will be refunded if shipping container is returned in reusable condition.
If Air shipment is required, the cost will be determined at the time of shipping and availability of the Air Carrier.
If the semen is coming to your barn. Do not open the shipped semen container until your vet is there and ready to inseminate your mare!!!
Complete the shipped semen permit report and return to APHA, as per APHA rules, and also a copy to GPPH, LLC.

Notify us when your mare is checked in foal. We recommend an ultrasound at 18 to 20 days, and again at 30 to 40 days.
If your mare is not in foal after three heat cycles or 60 days from the first shipment, We will have to have your Vet confer with us and recommend any changes
