This is an agreement made between Gipaya’s Paint & Performance Horses (GPPH, LLC) and _____________________herein referred to as Mare Owner, for the purchase of a breeding to the GPPH, LLC Stallion, UVALDES CUT O LENA, APHA # 323,246 for the 2008 breeding season to mare, _________________________
Registration #__ _______________ Breed ______age _______, color ________________ subject to the following conditions:

1. The stallion service fee shall be $ 850.00, which includes a non-refundable booking fee of $250.00 which is payable with this contract.
2. All breeding will be by artificial insemination, NO LIVE COVER.
3. The balance of the stud fee must be paid prior to the first insemination or shipment of semen. Breeding fee includes the first collection and shipment. Mare owners will be responsible for the cost of addition collections and/or shipments. The cost of additional collections is $150, includes shipping. Should you require shipped semen a shipped semen contract must also be signed and included with this contract.
4. The mare owner the mare to be healthy and in sound breeding condition, as determined by a veterinarian. The mare should be current on all shots and wormings.
5. Breeding season shall be Feb. 15 to June 1.
6. This contract contains a live colored foal guarantee. Live foal means a foal that will stand and nurse. It is understood that if the Mare aborts, proves to be barren, or if the foal is still born,
a return season breeding will be guaranteed for the following year only, providing proper notification is given to GPPH, LLC. Proper notification is defined as the following: written notification by a licensed Vet within 15 days of the Mare slipping or producing a non viable foal
Mare owner certifies that such abortion or death, did not result as any act of omission on the part of the owner or his agent. Booster Rhinopheumonitis vaccinations must be given as indicated by the individual drug manufacturer or Vet as the mare progresses through her pregnancy. Failure to do so may result in the voiding of the live foal guarantee. Also, there is no Live foal guarantee if the mare owner does not check the mare in foal by a licensed Vet.
7. Color guarantee is limited to one re-breed in the following year only, No color guarantee is given on the re-breed, however, the mare owner may substitute another mare. Mare owner agrees to pay a non refundable $400 re-breed fee and all associated expenses, including collection fees.
8. It is further agreed that should the stallion die or become unfit for service, then the mare owner will be refunded all monies except the non refundable booking fee and any expense he mare owner incurred/
9. A Breeders Certificate will be issued after all expenses have been paid in full, and notification of birth of foal.
10. When the mare owner signs and returns this contract back to GPPH, LLC ,with all deposits, then this will be considered a binding contract on both parties, subject to the terms and conditions above. This contract is not valid unless completed in full.
